Returns and Refunds
You may return all unused items purchased at MyBeautifulRide.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will credit you the return shipping costs if returned within 30 days.

We cannot accept returns after 60 days.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

You may cancel your order prior to shipping without charge.

We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping any order, regardless of number of items ordered, anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Fedex Insured Ground so please no P.O. Boxes. If your only option is a P.O. Box please email or call us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

If your items are in stock, they will be shipped within 72 hours. If your items are not in stock, orders generally take about 2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks. We will inform you of any delay due to backorder via e-mail.

All packages shipped outside the U.S. are charged actual postage only: we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm postal charges.

Any information you share with us to assist us in fulfilling your order is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is ever sold or shared with any company or agency.
